  1. This is WinBiff 2.0a, a Windows mail notification utility for 
  2. UUPC/extended, Waffle, Mini-Host, FSUUCP, Pegasus Mail, FirstMail, 
  3. Novell MHS, or PC-NFS.  WinBiff requires Windows 3.1.
